These Terms of Use govern your use of MeNoPause Discover. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement to these terms
By downloading, installing, or using MeNoPause Discover ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The service
The App is a private journaling and estimation tool that helps you track symptoms and cycles. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal pricing is confirmed at least 24 hours before renewal.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by your App Store per its policies.
5. Privacy
Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or share personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
The App and all its content, design, and code are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
7. Medical disclaimer
The App provides tracking and estimation only. It does not replace professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
